.C.T.™ Insole Blanks
A simple and easy to fit insole. The base of the insole is full length Kydex® with a 1/16" Poron® velour covered open cell urethane, top sheet. Because we offer this blank in only 4 different sizes, with most customers falling into the med or lrg range, you don't need 10 different sizes to inventory to do custom footbeds. Heat these footbeds in any convection oven at 250 degrees for 3 minutes and you are ready to mold. Stabilize the footbed with either EVA or thermal cork posting material. We believe the Foot Dynamics insole blanks are the best value and quality in the market place today.
A.C.T.™ Thermal Cork Posting Blanks
The A.C.T.™ Thermal Cork is available in 4mm and 6mm thickness. Profiles are cut in medium and large sizes. The medium cork will accommodate foot blanks up to size 28.5. Large posting cork will cover all sizes above 28.
