Many of our top boot fitters asked us for a product that was lower volume.  The Pro Wrap with a 7mm sole was better, but not low enough.  So this year we have come out with a liner that will do it all.  Low volume or high volume the Pro Plug can do it. 

Low Volume Boot Shells

With a 2mm thick rubber sole it is perfect for putting into low volume shells and still being able to get that custom foot bed in.  To further reduce the volume we gave it a 5mm thick toe box instead of the usuall 12mm thick for extra toe room.  However, it still has the benefit of being 12mm thick in the upper portion.  This allows it to be fully customizeable around the rest of the foot.  Especially the heel and ankle pockets.

High Volume Boot Shells.

At the same time that this liner is low volume, each pair will come with a removeable 5mm thick insole made from Intuition's Ultralon foam.  Making it heat moldable like the rest of the liners.  With this insert the liner will also accommodate large volume shells.  It truly is our closest liner that is going to be able to be custom fit to any and all shells.

Fitting Tip: For best results a lubricant should be used when slipping the cooked liner into the shell.  The rubber sole can be slightly tacky when hot.
